We are looking for a highly motivated graduate to join the international marketing department located at our headquarters in Hamburg. Working in a multinational environment, you will develop and implement an integrated market intelligence approach for all regions within the Consumer division and thus support successfully the international sales organization in strengthening tesa’s competitive advantage.


Following a dedicated induction program covering all relevant functions, your main tasks within this project will be as follows:

• Conduct a detailed analysis of existing data sources
• Evaluate customer needs through interviews with key account managers and customers
• Develop a concept based on category management approaches (assortment, shelf, price and promotion management) and propose tools and processes accordingly
• Implement the concept by training colleagues worldwide and providing a complete handbook

The successful candidate is likely to hold a Master’s degree or Diploma in International Business or Business Administration. Your academic track record will be complemented by international experience gained as part of foreign internships (at least six months in duration) or initial project work. Experience in international and cross-functional projects is considered advantageous.

• Fluency in spoken and written English; basics in German are a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently and to expatriate abroad for extended periods
