At our company, ensuring constant quality, environmental protection, and occupational safety is a single interconnected theme. When tesa SE was formed as an independent company within the Beiersdorf group of companies, we bundled all these areas into one integrated management system (tesa IMS).

Based on this clear strategic orientation, we can fulfill our aim of networking quality management, environmental protection, and occupational safety in an optimum fashion and promote cooperation among the various departments involved.

The business process model we have come up with represents the basis of our worldwide business: By focusing on fulfilling our customers’ wishes and requirements, we have rendered the complex procedures involved in our core processes completely transparent, even to the level of detailed descriptions of operating procedures – and have taken quality management, environmental protection, and occupational safety into account every step of the way.

In addition, we have worked closely with the top management for each individual country to establish uniform minimum standards for all tesa locations, and we set those standards jointly, beyond borders.
