To ensure that requirements can be met dependably, tesa begins every product development process with a precise analysis of the application characteristics required. We establish these requirements through close cooperation with our client and use them to ensure consistent monitoring throughout the entire innovation process.
We also use internationally recognized quality management instruments – including “Design of Experiments” (DoE) and “Failure Mode and Effects Analysis” (FMEA) – even at this early stage. In addition, subsequent series production is monitored using techniques such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Process FMEA.
