tesa Cut Stop 50100 is a highly-tensilized polypropylene tape with a worldwide unique backing that is scored in a longitudinal direction (tesa patent).
This special treatment of the backing results in a very high tear resistance and tear strength which makes it very robust against vertical breaks.
The product is especially recommended for the reinforcement of various cardboard handle types (e.g. side hole handles).
Further applications could include bundling and strapping of heavy goods, securing pallets and reinforcing of shipping cartons.
