tesa 4236 is a high performance teartape composed of a modified tensilized polypropylene backing in combination with an agressive natural rubber adhesive.
The natural rubber adhesive provides excellent initial tack, excellent shear resistance and strong adhesion to a variety of surfaces.
tesa produces 4236 in a traverse wound (spool wound) configuration, on a 6" core, in widths up to 40,000m, depending on the width of the tape. The long length spools reduce the frequency of roll changeover, improving productivity in the manufacturing process.
