tesa 51134 is a clear, self-adhesive Polyethylene film with an acrylic adhesive that has been designed for masking large areas of plastic parts during professional painting processes.
tesa 51134 reliably protects textile and rough surfaces against dirt and damage during assembly and transport, especially in the automotive and transportation industries. This product has good adhesion to embossed plastic surfaces and removes cleanly, without tearing, in warm and cold conditions. The conformable backing makes the tape suitable for masking 3-dimensional shapes, and the combination of the PE film thickness, primer and acrylic adhesive leads to a temperature resistance of 90C/194F.
